Mensaje Primeras imágenes de Phantasy Star Portable 
 
Sega ha desvelado las primeras imágenes de Phantasy Star Portable para PSP, adaptación a la portátil de Sony de su exitoso Phantasy Star Universe y de su reciente expansión.

Este nuevo título incluirá un modo multijugador en red local para hasta cuatro jugadores, y una nueva historia. No se sabe hasta qué punto será una conversión o si simplemente se basará en las reglas y sistemas de Phantasy Star Universe.

El juego está siendo desarrollado por Alfa System, y saldrá en Japón en el año 2008. Un juego de similares características, Monster Hunter Freedom, es actualmente el mayor éxito para PSP en Japón, habiendo vendido ya más de un millón y medio de unidades.
